Responsibilities:
As a Technical Product Manager within Issuer Services Engineering, you will focus on the product vision and strategy by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of features. You will also be responsible for defining and implementing roadmaps and product priorities based on a deep understanding of client needs, insights, and in-depth data analysis. Success in this role will mean leaning heavily into agile delivery and leveraging all aspects of Design Thinking, including interviewing, persona mapping, brainstorming, storyboarding and feedback loops, etc.
•Lead the development and implementation as a technical product expert
•Liaise with subject matter experts in Operations, Client Service, Product, Analytics, Transaction Management, Relationship Management and Engineering teams to ensure that the development is aligned with customer feedback
•Comprehend product challenges and innovate solutions for achieving development objectives with greater efficiency
•Manage and build data pipelines for seamless flow of information across connected systems
•Author complete and high-quality user stories describing desired future state processes and functionality, providing product, operations, QA, UX, database, design & development audiences with sufficiently elaborate descriptions and acceptance criteria
•Set the methods and standards for eliciting requirements, defining standards and quality targets whilst managing multiple stakeholder perspectives and expectations
•Identify business problems/opportunities and define the most suitable approach to ensure that recommendations fit with strategic business objectives
•Partner with UX Designer to bring alive the desired user experience
•Design, lead and facilitate workshops with both internal, external and/or 3rd party engineering teams
Knowledge and Experience
•5-8 years of experience in business analysis or technical product manager related
•Portfolio showcasing applied knowledge of Design Thinking, creating elegant solutions to challenging problems, versatility in dealing with different technology stacks / platforms
•Proven track record in fast moving agile environment with particular emphasis on experience in backlog refinement, user story creation and successful collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams across time zones
•Experience successfully enabling change at scale - across people, process and technology domains, and within a range of associated delivery frameworks, including agile
•Extensive knowledge in development of detailed business cases, capturing benefits and benefits realization
•Expert in business analysis or technical product manager
