Hudson River Trading is hiring a Technical Product Manager to join our small but growing Technical Product Management team! You will impact how teams within HRT strategically collaborate to drive the company forward and help create the future of trading. Responsibilities will involve debugging and programming for our highly technical user base, so a CS degree or significant programming experience is required to succeed in this role.
Our Algorithmic Development (Algo) team builds the predictive models and strategies that drive our trading. Our highly-skilled engineers write the libraries and tools that the Algo team uses to generate and back-test strategies in our distributed compute cluster. As our Product Manager, you will be responsible for the success and improvement of the tools that support development, research, and trading at HRT (the "products"), help set long-term vision and strategy for selective products, and collaborate with the Software Development team to meet the needs of both Algo and Engineering teams (the "users").

Annual base salary range of $150,000 to $200,000. Pay (base and bonus) may vary depending on job-related skills and experience. A sign-on and discretionary performance bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package, in addition to company-paid medical and/or other benefits.
