We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and analyzing social media data to improve performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights)
Build out a solid Instagram profile
Creating in house videos with front of house staff

Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries
