Requirements:
Cutting, slicing & filleting different types of fish.
Preparing various sauces & rice vinegar.
Preparing & creating various types of sushi dishes & menus.
Excellent knife skills
Flexibility to work dinner and weekends is a must
Sushi Chefs must possess excellent guest service and comfort in interacting with guests.
Food Handling license is a plus.
