Job Description
Department :
The Field Marketing Specialist Central requires the can-do attitude of a proven individual contributor. The specialist will work with internal stakeholders to support and execute marketing and demand generation programs direct and through Partners in the Central region of the US.
The candidate should have the ability to develop strong relationships with internal sales / product / marketing teams.
Responsibilities include :
- Day to day project management and execution of events (Virtual & Live); onsite management, lead uploads, vendor management, digital campaign follow up, etc.
- Support customer engagement by executing communication plans which includes campaign & landing page creation, social posts, response metric tracking / reporting.
Required skills / experience :
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with sales teams and partners in order to implement local marketing programs
- Strong knowledge of eastern regional marketing opportunities; agencies, experiential vendors, regional events, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and high quality deliverables that represent the Juniper brand
- Desire to develop a range of marketing skills to execute regional marketing plans and to take on new tasks as plans change to get the job done
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment with limited direction / supervision
- Strong collaboration skills to interact and influence key stakeholders in the business groups, marketing, sales and partner teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a can do attitude and the ability to develop creative solutions to problems
- 1-3 years experience or recent college graduate
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Minimum Salary : $54,450.00
Maximum Salary : $83,490.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $54,450.00 and $83,490.00 / year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave.
Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
