Judah Christian School is Hiring a Business Manager Near Champaign, IL
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of school finances, including payroll, taxes, and budgeting.
- Manage human resources, including employee benefits, onboarding, and training.
- Manage the daily operations of the school, including facilities, vendor management, and scheduling.
- Stay up-to-date on financial regulations and best practices.
- Work with the administration to develop and implement financial plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and procedures.
- Experience with payroll processing, tax preparation, and budgeting.
- Experience with human resources management, including employee benefits administration, onboarding, and training.
- Experience with operations management, including vendor management, inventory control, and scheduling.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
