Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as a Office Assistant at JS Benefits Group located in Newtown, PA. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. This includes managing phone calls and correspondence, maintaining files and records, organizing meetings and appointments, and providing general administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in an office setting or similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

Experience in the Employee Benefits or HR industry is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Newtown, PA 18940: Relocate before starting work (Required)
