Note: This position is on-site at our various restaurants, in-office, and may include weekends/holidays.
You will:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Create and curate compelling content including photos, videos, and graphics that align with each restaurant's unique brand identity and target audience.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and manage online reputation effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent visual aesthetics across all digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to implement innovative social media campaigns and tactics.
- Track and analyze key metrics and performance insights, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations for optimization.
Need to have:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and Las Vegas culture.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
