In this role, you would build on the firm’s existing social and digital platforms by identifying strategic growth opportunities and creating and distributing impactful content that reflects the firm’s strategic priorities and maximizes engagement with targeted audiences. You must have a clear understanding of emerging platforms and trends in the digital communications and social media landscape.
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand/company awareness.
- Leads the day-to-day activities of the firm’s social media accounts including the daily creation and distribution of content across firm channels.
- Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, and others.
- Continually monitors, analyzes, and reports on the firm’s social and traditional media engagement and other key metrics as they compare to the market.
Education and/or Work Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, PR/Communications, Marketing, or a related field required
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in digital communications/social media
- Extensive knowledge of Photography and video editing
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Apple Products and Adobe Creative Suite
