Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Social Media Intern to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing content, coordinating campaign rollouts with our partners, and driving genuine followers and engagement on our corporate and marketplace social media pages. You will work closely with our product and business teams to ensure that our customer-facing products and internal tools maintain excellent functionality and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to promote D3's web1 and web3 marketplace, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

2. Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

3. Manage the content calendar, scheduling posts, and coordinating content distribution across different social media channels.

4. Collaborate with partners to plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, leveraging their audiences and networks to increase brand visibility.

5. Focus on building a genuine and organic follower base by implementing strategies that attract and retain the target audience.

6. Monitor social media platforms, respond to user comments and inquiries promptly, and engage in conversations to build brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

7. Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

8. Stay updated with social media trends, industry best practices, and emerging web3 technologies to drive innovative approaches.

9. Assist in managing the company's online reputation and proactively address any issues or negative feedback.

10. Collaborate with the product and business teams to ensure consistent branding and user experience across social media platforms and customer-facing products.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field. Relevant coursework in social media marketing is a plus.

2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging and persuasive content tailored to different social media platforms.

4. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms for monitoring and reporting on social media performance.

5. Basic design skills and knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

6. Understanding of web1 and web3 technologies, including blockchain and cryptocurrency, is preferred but not required.

7. Self-motivated and eager to learn with a passion for social media marketing and the potential of web3 technologies.

8. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

9. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns simultaneously.

10. Prior experience in managing social media accounts or executing social media campaigns is a plus.

11. Excellent ability to develop well-crafted snappy, informed content to hit target audiences (for example: male, gamers, crypto)
