AAMP Agency is Hiring a Paid Media Specialist Near Las Vegas, NV

AAMP Agency is seeking an experienced Paid Advertising Specialist/Social Media Advertiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads. The Ads Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns for our Tour Operator clients. This includes developing and executing campaigns, monitoring performance, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Marketing Manager and Account Managers to establish marketing plans and goals.
  • Collaborate with the project manager and development team to ensure all campaign materials and assets support the marketing plan and objectives.
  • Ensure all data, client information, and reports are properly maintained and updated in the clients’ folder.
  • Oversee the deployment, optimization, and management of paid campaigns on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Set regular meetings with the Marketing Manager and Account Managers to provide regular updates on campaign progress.
  • Implement strategic marketing tactics with the goal of achieving 10x ROI on client campaigns.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of clients' products, target audiences, accounts, competitors, industry trends, etc.
  • Setting strategy and KPIs based on business goals for campaigns, continually resetting performance benchmarks based on findings
  • Managing campaign progress, performance updates, and recommendations for optimizations
  • Improving ad creative by sharing performance learnings, and staying up to date on platform best practices and trends
  • Identifying and executing testing opportunities on current platforms (Meta, TikTok, influencers) & any new ones

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE: 2 years of hands-on paid media management on Facebook & Instagram (TikTok a plus).
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of digital marketing and its various components.
  • Ability to oversee the onboarding, creation, and deployment of paid advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills to acquire a higher level of understanding of roles, processes, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • A goal-oriented individual able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform well under pressure.
  • Skilled at presenting new perspectives to customers that challenge how they view their business.
  • Attention to detail with administrative responsibilities.
  • A real passion for the tourism activities market.
  • Must have 2 years of experience with Social Media Paid Advertising
