Corporate Insurance Services (CIS) is part of the Chief Administrative Office and is responsible for negotiating, structuring, and administering worldwide insurance programs for JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s businesses and operations. Department responsibilities also include managing a captive insurance company, managing insurance claims, and reviewing client and vendor contracts.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the use of the department’s current and future technology platforms in order to better facilitate insurance processes across the firm; e.g., purchasing insurance, managing claims and administering insurance business. The candidate will be responsible for management of all incoming contract and certificate requests. The candidate will be responsible for the design and maintenance of the department’s internal website and shared drive. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with product manager and department head to streamline processes for claims management, insurance placements and other insurance administration.
• Manage contract review and evidence of insurance requests
• Maintain organization of department’s shared drive
• Support the department’s Risk Management Information System (RMIS) in order to modernize CIS workflows, increase end to end user experience, and develop better metric reporting.
• Support product vision and development of new processes to enhance customer experience
• Design and maintain the departmental website; update material as needed
• Update and maintain accurate records within the department’s RMIS related to the placement of JPMC’s insurance programs.
• Manage payment of invoices related to the purchase of insurance premiums, paid losses and administrative expenses through the firm’s Ariba expense management tool.
• Administer all documents and files for JPMC’s wholly owned captive
• Ensure all insurance placement approvals are documented and maintained
• Assist department head and product manager with process improvement initiatives
• Partner with analytics team and product manager to monitor KPI performance and outcomes of customer experience features
• Lead the department culture committee 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: 

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of professional experience 
• Demonstrated track record of working in team environments in a collaborative, efficient and effective manner
• Ability to work independently with little day to day supervision. 
• Possesses the ability to work well with others and influence change in a cross functional environment. 
• Demonstrated sense of urgency with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

Preferred Qualification, Capabilities, and Skills: 

• Experience with SharePoint and Riskonnect a plus
