Job summary:

As a Product Transformation Associate in the Chief Administrative Office (CAO), you will shape & manage our product routines (e.g., quarterly product reviews), our product communities, and our Product Office infrastructure (e.g., our product catalogue, tooling, and related product architecture). You will also help to support key initiatives including the delivery of our product training program. Finally, you will serve as an important partner and coach to our product teams and tech, agility, and user experience partners.

The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) is comprised of several global Corporate Services functions that support JPMorgan Chase's businesses and employees across 60 countries; the CAO’s Product Office has a broad mandate to define and deliver on CAO's strategy for the adoption of a product operating model.

Job responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Office Leadership to deliver critical transformation roadmap initiatives and aid in building new centralized capabilities to support our product teams and organization leadership.
• Plan, organize, and manage organization’s product routines (e.g., product reviews), ensuring they remain fit-for-purpose & aligned to CAO’s objectives.
• Support the delivery of the organization’s product training program, developing effective content, curating resources, and managing organization’s learning forum.
• Develop effective senior leadership presentations & briefings that provide appropriate levels of visibility into key product / product line developments & risks.
• Partner with product, tech, and agility partners to maintain organization’s product catalog & architecture.
• Support development of organization’s product talent, providing effective coaching & support to partners at varying levels of seniority.
• Establish effective partnerships with key stakeholders and other internal product organizations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience in strategy, internal consulting, business transformation, or product management roles.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a demonstrated ability to independently execute & drive results.
• Distinctive organizational skills, including planning, time management, & coordination of resources.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong conceptual problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous settings.
• Excellent intrapersonal skills with proven ability to work in & contribute to highly collaborative teams.
• Motivated by challenge and the opportunity to help an organization navigate meaningful change.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Proven ability to communicate with executive-level audiences, including drafting & delivering content.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and other industry standard product management tools.
