Responsibilities as a Business Management Associate:

• Attend regularly scheduled meetings to gain knowledge on sales techniques products or services and to stay up-to-date with new deals or sales promotions
• Set the example as a leader and demonstrate our company values of recognition, respect, accountability, and trust
• Develop trusting connections by promoting a positive experience, engaging and educating customers, and referring as appropriate
• Learn all aspects of the business consulting industry through our management trainee program and shadowing our senior management staff
• Assist customers with any questions, problems, and concerns related to products, services, or sales promotions
• Coach, and motivate team members to drive sales revenue that delivers exceptional customer service

Requirements as a Business Management Associate:

• 1-3 years of experience in management, leadership, customer service, sales, or client-facing is a plus
• Degree in Business Management, Management, Finance, Sales, or Business Administration preferred
• Outstanding conflict management and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to delegate tasks, lead, coach, develop, and motivate a team
• Results-oriented, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the company such as fellow team members, clients, customers, and supervisors
