As a Client Service Account Manager in the Client Support Services you will maintain a passion for client service in everything they do. The candidate will use communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction. You will be responsible for various customer service and relationship management activities related to Global Trade Products primarily focused on Standby Letters of Credit. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of service contact for each client within your assigned portfolio. The assigned client portfolio may be comprised of operating transactional accounts and complex structuring requests.
