Position:

Gourmet Gorilla is looking for a Client Account Representative to join our customer support & sales and marketing teams! This position will be very dynamic and requires collaboration with every department in the company.

A successful candidate is one who is focused, competitive and driven by a passion for the mission to deliver good food to kids. You should have strong moral character, with a willingness and appreciation for open dialogue and transparency. An ability to facilitate or be part of a team is essential. General Responsibilities:

• Ability to assist customers with menu or ordering information
• Serving as a dedicated liaison between schools and Gourmet Gorilla
• Administrating order system
• Organizing and formatting menus
• Creating weekly communications to schools and parents
• Developing marketing campaigns
• Executing sales initiatives
• Helping launch new products from a sales and marketing perspective

Requirements:

• Extremely organized multi-tasker with attention to detail
• Personable and ability to empathize, flexible to change on a moments notice
• Works well under stress in a high-paced environment
• Ability to work early hours, Monday through Friday
• Strong writing skills
• External sales experience preferred
• Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Fireworks, Photoshop, Excel, Microsoft Word
• Interest in start-up business with rapid growth
• Flexible to change

Salary:

• DOE
• 40-50 Hours a week
