- 3-5 years of experience as a Desktop Professional
- Experience supporting 200 workstations within an IT team
- Windows Desktop knowledge
- Networking troubleshooting
- Technical knowledge and administration of Active Directory
- Imaging workstations and Corporate Imaging expertise
- Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting
- Remote Support of desktop environments
- Customer Support
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative and remote environment.
- Provide support and guidance to IT staff as needed.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct research into Linux and Unix issues and products as required.
- Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
