**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and building relationships with customers. This role involves promoting our services to potential customers as well as performing estimating and sending out bids.

**Duties:**

- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve targets

- Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients-Door to Door, Cold Calling, Warm Leads

- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process

- Collaborate with management companies and realtors to promote products/services

- Utilize strong math skills for pricing and quoting products/services

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a real estate agent, headhunter or retail paint store preferred

- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies-solution based selling

- Ability to effectively market products/services to potential customers

- Excellent customer service skills

- Proficiency in managing and growing sales pipelines

- Knowledge of real estate market and color schemes is a plus

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment, develop valuable skills, and contribute to the growth of the company. If you are a motivated individual with a desire to grow within an organization then this is the job for you. Sales compensation could well exceed 100k in a few years. Additionally as we grow, more positions will be open including the oppurtunity to lead a team of sales estimators. This is a 1099 commission-based position.

Pay: $75,378.00 - $84,202.00 per year
