Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Location : Timonium, Maryland
Hours: 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Jones Networking is recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist two Property Managers. This property management company offers a competitive salary with excellent benefits.

Administrative Assistant Summary:
- Communicate with tenants
- Schedule inspections
- Monitor contracts
- Answer customer requests
- Maintain tenant databases

Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Be able to multi-task
- Good organizational skills
- Self motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant in a residential and/or commercial property management is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
