Jolly Yolly Kids is Hiring a Front Desk Associate (Weekend Availability) Near Bethesda, MD
Jolly Yolly Kids is an indoor play and learning center for children aged 13 and under. Our mission is to create an unmatchable experience in a safe and kid / parent friendly environment. We hold the belief that amazing experience can only be created in the hands with passion and ownership. Therefore, we will have our managers and team members “own” the store and drive as many decision-makings as possible down to team members at each level. To make that happen, we would need to work together with passionate, responsible, caring and entrepreneurial talents.

Responsibilities
- Use our UNMATCHABLE 3 2 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected, and always provide more than what customers expect.
- Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Respond to customer and store needs.
- Sell admission tickets, make sure all guests sign waivers, check/sell socks (all guests need to wear socks), and give stamps to admitted guests and check stamps when they exist.
- Strive to build great relationships with co-workers, as all positions require team work.
- Assist with new team member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment both for customers and co-workers.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Qualifications
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patient and maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Stay nice but firm when enforcing store regulations and safety rules.
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
- Work well independently and in a team environment.
- Willing to go through a thorough background check.
