Opportunity Statement:

The Delaware Military Academy, the only charter high school in the United States based on the traditions, values, and ideals of the U.S. Navy seeks a new Head of School for 2024. Although academics are the backbone of any educational organization, leadership is the muscle of DMA. Since its original charter in 2002, DMA has been steadfast in pursuing a very clear mission built upon the three Cornerstones in the school’s emblem: Citizenship, Leadership, Scholarship. DMA is first and foremost an educational institution. The focus is on developing each young man and woman to strive for success in pursuit of academic excellence, character development, and leadership. DMA develops the whole person. DMA graduates will be educated citizen-leaders responsible for themselves, to others, and to society.
