Job Summary:
Johnson Air Products is an HVAC Wholesale Distributor / Manufacturer' Rep in business for over 75 years. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to their inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any order-related issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Sales experience is a plus
