Weekends Required
The Supply Chain Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Manager, Supply Chain Business Operations and performs various customer service functions such as data entry, customer relations, billing inquires and general office duties. This position will research and provide resolution to customer service-related issues. The Supply Chain Customer Service Coordinator works as team member and positively accepts change throughout the Health System while establishing relationships.

Knowledge:
Work requires knowledge of general policies and procedures,
Proficiency in performing entry level professional work
Knowledge of purchasing and supply chain terminology
Skills:
Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to interface with customers in a stressful environment without compromising the tenets of good customer relations practice.
Work requires analytical ability necessary to resolve customer problems.
Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work requires the ability to understand, interpret, evaluate and resolve complex Customer Service issues with minimal supervision.
Work requires organizational skills in order to manage multiple tasks.
Requires ability to use initiative and judgment to identify, analyze and solve complex problems
