Monday- Friday/8:00AM - 4:30PM

Responsibilities:
  • Treats customers (guests, patients, physicians, and other employees) with courtesy, respect, and caring behaviors.
  • Responds quickly and appropriately to customer requests.
  • Anticipates customer needs and initiates action to meet those needs.
  • Presents a positive image of Johns Hopkins through professional appearance and behavior.
  • Identifies own areas of development and seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • Carries out responsibilities in a timely fashion requesting assistance as needed.
  • Knows, understands and abides by the policies and procedures of The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
  • Coordinates and completes a variety of department projects, activities and schedules.
  • Provide coordination of records, policies, procedures, and services
  • Oversees inventory functions for department.
  • Authorizes work ordersper operating guidelines.
  • Accurately utilizes workforce management systems.
  • Consistently establishes effective system forinformation retrieval
  • Utilizes computer programs to create and manage database files.
  • Collects data and prepares monthly departmental reports.
  • Initiates and reconciles journal entries.
  • Proficiently utilizes hospital Administrative and FinancialManagement systems to process payroll.
Qualifications:

2 years of college or 4 yrs of applicable experience, Analytical ability, gather and interpret data
