Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to attorneys and assist in various legal tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for law and strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Assist with drafting legal documents, such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings
- Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy and clarity
- Interview clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters
- Organize and maintain legal files, documents, and correspondence
- Assist with case management and project coordination
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of case-related information
- Coordinate with external parties, such as court personnel and opposing counsel
- Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed
Qualifications:
- Degree in Paralegal Studies or related legal experience
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficient in conducting legal research using various resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite

We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. This is a full-time position.
