Spanish speaking is highly desirable for this position.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily functions of all employees in the warehouse and drivers.
• Supervise all safety issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including adherence to OSHA guidelines.
• Prepare regular reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide updates to senior management.
• Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, packing, and shipping of goods.

Qualifications:

• Warehouse Management experience is required
• Forklift certification preferred
• Disciplined with attention to detail
• Team Focused with Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Five (5) years or more of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in constant improvement and documentation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with other departments and facilities as needed to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment.
• Maintain accurate records for shipping/receiving, truck and warehouse equipment maintenance.
