Job Details
In this role you will need to:

• Stay updated on banking laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Manage projects like introducing new deposit products or system upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of agreements and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide compliance guidance, training, and recommendations.
• Inform relevant departments about regulatory changes.
• Draft procedures based on new regulations.
• Handle inquiries about account documentation.
• Collaborate on compliance training and projects.

Requirements:
5-7 years bank operations experience, adaptability to regulatory changes, knowledge of banking regulations, strong organizational skills.
Ability to learn, and thereby adapt to an expanding and changing regulatory environment
Knowledge and understanding of the operating and regulatory environment for banking
Ability to organize and prioritize projects while remaining flexible.
