What We Are Looking For:
An experienced Mid-Level to Senior Associate Attorney to join our awesome team!
You will be responsible for handling consumer litigation cases, managing your caseload, and communicating effectively with clients. You will be supported by a dedicated team of legal professionals so if you enjoy a fast-paced, high-volume environment, apply today!
Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of consumer litigation matters from inception to trial and or resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case progress and address their concerns.
• Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings as required.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
