Senior Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury)

Location: on-site, Los Angeles

Salary Range: $150k -$250k bonus and incentives

Overview:

We are a busy plaintiff personal injury law firm based in Los Angeles and we are seeking a Senior Litigator to join our team. The role will have the opportunity to handle quality and serious Personal Injury matters and lead the fight for our clients to achieve settlements.

·The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of personal Injury litigation experience in California.

·Substantial experience drafting pleadings, written discovery, depositions, and motions is required.

·Must have strong negotiation skills to maximize settlement awards for our clients.

·Spanish-speaking is also a plus but not required.

·The attorney will handle and lead all litigation tasks related to the case.

The candidate must have excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills along with an ability to think strategically about the matters.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Admission to the State Bar of California

Graduated from ABA or CA-accredited law school.

Authorized to work in USA.
