Job Description
We are an AV-rated civil litigation defense firm near Los Angeles Airport (LAX) focused in financial services and business litigation defense, which includes the defense of class actions. We have a collegial and congenial work environment with a unique and challenging practice in federal and state courts throughout the country. We seek an experienced Litigation Attorney with 4 years of litigation experience, specifically defense. Class action experience a plus, but firm will provide opportunity to learn. Interested candidates should fit the following criteria: (1) strong writing skills (analysis reports and motions/briefs) and strong oral communications skills; (2) experience with depositions helpful, but opportunity to develop (3) superior legal research and analytical skills so as to navigate novel legal issues; (4) excellent organizational skills; (5) California litigation experience. Full benefits package. Multiple ways to bonus. Billable hours: Approx. 1650 per year.
