Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of our company. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic recommendations to the management team. We are seeking a candidate with 3 years of experience in technical accounting, public accounting, and/or internal audit, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
- Perform inventory analysis to ensure accurate reporting of inventory levels and valuation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and change management initiatives
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Provide strategic recommendations to the management team based on financial analysis and insights
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- 3 years of experience in technical accounting, public accounting, and/or internal audit, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
