### Project Manager - Construction Industry
**Job Description:**
Our client, a premier design-build general contractor with a rich history in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing commercial and industrial construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks in coordination with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to clearly understand project objectives and progress.
- Solve problems that arise during construction promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and clients, including budget tracking and adjustment as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly in metal building systems and conventional steel construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
