Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage
Review policies, claims and other records
Prepare, write and argue legal documents, including but not limited to: memos, theory of liability and demands
Communicate with insurance companies and make sure client medical treatment is managed and billed accordingly
Communicate with client to provide case status update
Conduct intake meetings with new clients
Manage docket of cases according to office policy
Conduct and attend IME's, EUO's and recorded statements
Requirements:
Must be a current Florida Bar Member in good standing
1 years of experience in plaintiffs personal injury
A comprehensive understanding of personal injury law
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strong writing skills
Ability to manage a demanding caseload
Effective leadership skills
Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
