We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing any issues that arise, and ensuring that all equipment is running at peak performance. You will work in a fast-paced environment, where your technical expertise and attention to detail will be critical to our success.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance on all manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform maintenance tasks.
• Complete work orders and maintenance logs to document all work performed.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
