Purpose Residential is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near St. Louis, MO
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to maintenance requests and work orders.
- Work seamlessly with Maintenance Coordinator and other Maintenance Technicians to complete work in a timely manner and with the highest quality.
- Coordinate with residents to ensure access to homes to complete work orders.
- Implement and maintain preventative maintenance program.
- Ensure repairs and renovations are compliant with local Housing Authorities and Section 8 program.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with both residents and their case workers to best accommodate their needs.
- Maintain courteous and helpful demeanor with residents, co-workers, vendors, etc.
- Performs other duties assigned by Maintenance Coordinator.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
