OACAC Head Start is seeking motivated team members for the position Bus Driver . The Bus Driver is a vital part of the school family and interacts with all center staff and children daily, so they must be friendly, flexible and a team player.
The Bus Driver is responsible for transporting preschoolers safely from home to school and back on Type A, FMVSS approved, yellow, automatic shuttle bus with fully integrated seats.
This position will maintain records related to the operation / maintenance of the vehicle. Bus Aide rides to supervise children.
Salary : $16.46
Requirements : Current CDL license with passenger endorsement.
Must have good driving record; & pass drug / alcohol screening and basic physical (not DOT). Minimum of 21 years of age.
Ability to communicate effectively with adults and children.
