We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our fast-paced legal team. This is a permanent position that provides an excellent opportunity to play a key role in our financial operations, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the legal industry and is proficient in using Aderant, Elite Legal Billing system, SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
Responsibilities:
As a Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting detailed financial analysis and interpreting financial data to assist in strategic decision making.
• Preparing accurate and timely financial reports and presenting them to management.
• Developing budgeting and financial forecasting tools for the company.
• Analyzing financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
• Identifying trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
• Utilizing Aderant and Elite Legal Billing System to manage and analyze financial data.
• Conducting financial modeling using Excel and Power BI.
• Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Guiding cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Financial Analyst role, you must have the following:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Aderant and Elite Legal Billing System.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong understanding of the legal industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy of work.
