Provides periodic reports and special studies for management. Responsible for the annual budget process, forecasts, or statistical reporting, including financial performance, variance explanations, and cost analysis. Coach less-experienced Financial Analysts. Responsibilities 1. Provides complex planning and profitability reporting in Finance. 2. Oversees the maintenance and reporting of operational metrics. 3. Provides detailed analytical support for various corporate functions and operations (i.e. market dynamics, competitive information, mix enrichment, and internal cost drivers). 4. Consults with the team to analyze identified trends, performance enhancements, and cost-saving opportunities. 5. Researches, develops, and conducts complex financial plans. 6. Develops new analysis and identifies new financial metrics. 7. Engages/develops project planning & implementation. 8. Drives the annual budget process. 9. Oversees the completion of projects or assignments including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. 10. Coaches junior members of the team. Education and Experience Requirements BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience required. 5 - 10 years of experience in related field required. Some supervisory experience required. MS/MA/MBA preferred. Pay Ranges $65,979.00 - $109,965.00 This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
