Job Details
Director Surgical Services- Reports to the CNO
- Looks over the Operating Room/Procedure Rooms, Preop, PAT, PACU, SPD, OR Scheduler
- Conducts all surgical specialties except hearts and eye surgery
- The ideal candidate has extensive surgery experience and is a relationship builder with business acumen.
- About 4,000 surgical cases done annually
- Institute guidelines for on time start, turnover, physician scorecards
- Improved engagement of staff and physicians
- Planning needs for another suite
