We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a permanent position where you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional communication skills, computer proficiency, and your knack for forging strong customer relationships.
You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met, their concerns are addressed, and their experience with our company is nothing short of excellent.
Responsibilities :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for :
1. Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing them with accurate information about our products and services.
2. Utilizing your strong telephone etiquette to maintain a professional demeanor during all interactions.
3. Leveraging your interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our service.
4. Using your computer skills to maintain customer records, process orders, and update account information.
5. Setting appointments for customers with our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to sales.
7. Resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, escalating issues when necessary.
8. Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
9. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role, you will need :
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the sales industry.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
3. Excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
4. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism.
6. A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
7. Experience in appointment setting and front desk reception.
8. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
