We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Controller to join our Finance team. As a Permanent Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and accounting functions of the company. You will be working closely with the CFO and other senior leaders to ensure that the company's financial statements are accurate, timely, and in compliance with GAAP. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure that all financial reporting is accurate, timely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead the annual audit process and work with external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure strong internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis and support to senior management to help drive business decisions.
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a Corporate Controller or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience managing accounting operations and leading a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
