Role Overview:
As a Business Dispute Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in managing and resolving complex commercial disputes. You will work closely with our team of esteemed litigators and have the opportunity to contribute to high-profile cases that shape the legal landscape. Key Responsibilities:
Actively contribute to all phases of litigation, including case strategy development, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial.
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents with precision and insight.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisories.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to case management.

Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school and admission to at least one state bar.
