We have an immediate opening for a Commercial Litigation Associate in our Los Angelesoffice. Ideal candidates must have 3-6 years of litigation experience. Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self-starter who is able to take ownership of their work and contribute to active, complex matters pending in state and federal court. Candidates should have experience conducting offensive and defensive written discovery, taking depositions, and drafting dispositive motions and pre-trial motions. Trial experience is preferred, but not required.

Candidates must be licensed in at least one of the following jurisdictions: California
(multiple bar admissions a plus).
