Innovative Legal Services ("ILS") is a full-service law firm that specializes in commercial law and employment law. Our attorneys are litigators and counselors with decades of experience in a wide array of industries. We are currently hiring litigation associates with 3-5 years of experience. First- or second-chair trial experience is desirable, but not necessary. Pay is competitive, at $140,000-$200,000 depending on experience. A recent writing sample is required for consideration.
We currently have two offices in California, and we are adding one more in 2024. Our headquarters is in the Downtown Los Angeles Financial District. We have ten attorneys at our firm, and we are growing at an incredible speed. That is why we are looking to add more team members to our firm.
We have a significant number of international clients. We expect our team members to be able to understand and work with clients and colleagues who have different cultures and backgrounds. Mandarin proficiency is a plus, but not essential.
