Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience drafting briefs and motions
· Handling fact and expert discovery
· Engaging in deposition and trial preparation
· Conducting depositions, cross-examinations, and oral advocacy
· Federal clerkship experience (a plus)
· Working fluency in Spanish (a plus)
Responsibilities:
· Receive meaningful, hands-on legal work at every career stage
· Assume immediate responsibility as an integral part of high-performing, collaborative firmwide teams
· Work on multiple projects, meet overlapping deadlines, and deliver results to clients in various industries

Requirements:
· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
· Admission to the California Bar, active and in good standing
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation: Competitive salary of $345,000 - $400,000, depending on experience
