A 15-attorney trial firm is seeking a paralegal with 2 years of litigation experience. They have all had a great experience working here! The ideal paralegal will have:2 years of civil litigation experienceExperience in state and federal courts is a plus, but not requiredExperience with:Trial and deposition prep – preparing witnesses, exhibits, jury instructions, etc.SubpoenasLegal researchDocument review and productioneDiscovery and/or TrialDirector experience is a plus, but not necessarily requiredThe firm will give this paralegal the autonomy to handle substantive legal work!The ability to bill for their time (either a paralegal certificate, bachelor’s degree, JD, attestation, or equivalent) Logistics:The firm has no billable hour requirement for paralegals.
