Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Administrative Assistant Temp to support our security business unit. Primary Responsibilities:
Provides support and administration functions for Field Services (missed ETAs, confirming next day ETAs)
Data Entry of all activities and tasks completed within a specific job, creating, updating, and sending technician work orders shipments and other tasks related to a service request
Supports Customer Service and Field Service Management with administrative functions
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Customer/Team/Company/Culture centric
Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal - internal/external, scheduling techs, coordinating lifts, and providing customers with ETA's
Knowledgeable with MS Office Suite; MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Systematic in providing escalations or issues with appropriate details
Follows directions, processes and established procedures
Brings a solutions mindset
Balances confidence and humility
Operates with best interest of team in mind
Models professionalism
Operates with a sense of urgency
Displays tenacity and grit
Self-Starter Oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree Preferred
