Barista/Cashier

• Working in a fast-paced environment.
• Welcoming customers while providing assistance through recommendations and answering questions.
• Accepting payments and ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate.
• Processing refunds and exchanges.
• Preparing, packing, and bagging purchases neatly for safe transport.
• Taking accurate pastry and beverage orders.
• Maintain a clean workplace.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases and behind the counter.
• Preparing drinks, such as coffee, lattes, and other specialty drinks.
• Learning about brewing methods, presentation techniques, and drink preparation to improve beverage quality.
• Selling coffee and tea, and offering recommendations on methods of use.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality control.
• Potential to be a Supervisor.

Barista/Cashier Requirements

• Must be available weekdays (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays) and some weekends.
• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
• Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• A polite and engaging personality.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.07 per hour
