- Weekend Daytime Barista/Cashier: If you've been making coffee forever and care more about the product than the people who come in to drink it, then stop reading now and save yourself some time. We want someone who effing loves making people's day and also loves to create a beautiful product. Skillset needed - trustworthy, happy (mostly...), knows how to make hella good coffee taste AND look delicious, flexible, resilient, thoughtful, and maybe cares a little about where they're working.
