```Duties```
- Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
- Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Retrieve documents from filing system.
- Handle requests for information and data.
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
- Prepare written responses to routine inquiries.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
```Experience```
- Proven admin or assistant experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office365 (Word, Excel, Publisher)
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
-General knowledge and some experience in Quickbooks would be beneficial.
